4. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

Return requests submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.
5. Exchange Policy

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support.
If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be processed.
Orders After Dispatch
Orders that have already been shipped generally cannot be cancelled and will be governed by this Return & Refund Policy.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

- Packaging
- Shipping label
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Venba Collections may arrange return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges.
For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason or repeatedly fails to accept delivery attempts, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any applicable refund.
